Kelly Renz is amazing! If I could give her 10 stars I would. I didn’t have a realtor to use at the time so she was the realtor of the sellers in which she became a transactional broker. Many people told me to be careful of this because of being bias… I met with Kelly and knew immediately I could trust her and she would be fair and represent me as if she was my own realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable and the next house I buy in Colorado I will be using Kelly. 10/10 I would and will refer Kelly to all friends and family!
